Appreciating Conflict

Wow, this week has been an overwhelming learning opportunity.

The learning on Understanding by Design, Teaching Intellectual Emotional Learners, Conflict Management and Non-Violence Communication, etc is new to me. However, from the start of the in-house training/workshop, I have anticipated to open my mind and heart to learn, unlearn and re-learn in order for me to grasp the importance and the purpose of why I am here. Been in the city for one week to update myself with the new learning opportunities. It is a sponsored trip. Thanks God for it, all the time!

On the other hand, it is just on time that friends who are having problem/conflict with their businesses and personal concern come to me for advises and solutions, that I am learning the process and that at the same time can share them what I have learned in order to help in the progress and development of the unresolved conflict.

God is good. When you pray without ceasing, with determination and with persistent, God answers our prayers. I continually pray that God will use me as the instrument of peace, joy, love and unity. Therefore, God continually uses me in my capacity to be what I wishes to be and what I have prayed for. At times, I am  amazed by His power of wisdom. It is true, that you can't do anything without the spirit of wisdom. Solving conflicts is not easy and therefore, you need wisdom, not just knowledge.

What we know on earth, what we plan, is not God's plan for us. I have learned in the past years to just go on with the flow from the wisdom of God. I learned to accept that without Him, I can't do nothing.

I am actually so blessed. Just by looking at my only gem - Clouds, I am so blessed. Everything else follows. It is by simply appreciating what is in front of you that gives you happiness within. Therefore, when you are happy, you give happiness to others, too. It radiates from within and when it does, you can't control giving and sharing that to others. You simply share and give, with no 'if's' and 'but's'.

It is the same in appreciating conflicts. We have to learn to bring out the best in us, in order for us to bring the best in others. Know thyself and when you does, you can impact others.

Sharing knowledge, being kind, giving something without expecting something in return, thanking God and living a simple life and appreciating the little things around us, are actually the key to a Good Life. If we will learn to appreciate each other, then there is peace. If we learn to understand each other's culture, then there is peace! Why go to 'war' when we can learn to appreciate each other's need? Why kill each other, why stab each other's back, many 'why's' that we actually know the answer, but we refuse to understand. Do I make sense to you?

With all of these, I thank God for He is always good. He is all that we need. I pray for you that you will find your happiness, too. Thank you for following and may in some other opportunity, we can collaborate our resources and join forces to make a better us, a better community, and a better world!
