Between GOOD and EVIL

Let us always look out for opportunities that we can give witness to God and His love to others so that they might be called into the same experience of God’s love that we have been so blessed to have received.

Thanks God for the success of our training for this week and our coordination meeting with some important public servant of our country.

I was a little disappointed though for some displayed unprofessionalism in dealing with our concern, instead of coordinating with each other to make our mission successful for the sake of our NATION'S LIFE.

Siggggghhhhhhh, you will see the worst and the good of each people in times of trials and challenges. Tsk, Tsk, some can be negative towards the future and while some others, thanks goodness, they remain calm and professional, smiling and gentleman.

Oh well, life can be cruel sometimes. Other people will give you a hard time and others will be compassionate with you. We can't please everyone, indeed.

I was contemplating, are this the kind of public servant we are looking up to? What is the use of Civil Service Ethical Standard? Good attitude towards other people and your clientele should be a manifestation of a GOOD PUBLIC SERVANT. That is why you are called A PUBLIC SERVANT. Because you are first and foremost is employed in a PUBLIC OFFICE.

Our client is our concern. Like a good service provider, I keep calm and dealt the concerns with my usual cheerfulness and diplomacy. Inside me was a heart full of disappointment and at the same time, hope and prayer for these people I can only lift them to God. This is also the advise I gave to my staff. For whatever it will cause us, always remember, it's the attitude that we can count on for ourselves towards this kind of people. As the saying goes, "don't argue with an idiot, for nobody can tell the difference."

But, God is good. He will not allow HIS children to be embarrassed.

May Your Holy Spirit help me to remain alert to the attacks of the Evil One and give me the strength to resist .
