PEACE FROM WITHIN

Sometimes, I gave myself an hour or two to be at peace away from the crowd and listen to good speeches and or watched a good movie or simply read a good motivational book, even before I leave the house. On occasions that I am waiting on queue, or just nothing to do in between an hour or in a day, in my bag is always an emergency reading materials just in case hehehe

Today, in the comfort of my room, I have listened to Prem Rawat talking about PEACE from WITHIN.

He was right when he said in one of his speeches that, "there are many departments on war, but not even one for peace. People cry out for peace when there is war, but they don't when there is no war. The government is spending enormously creating equipments for war and sending soldiers to war, but they don't for peace."

Peace is something that when we look at the mirror, you see yourself and you see that peace you are yearning for so long - WITHIN. Peace is knowledge that we don't get from the book nor is academic. It is something from within.

Yes, it is something that your heart only knows. The garden in our heart that nobody can get in even you are invited because you just can't. The peace is within us and not with the government, not with our community, not because we get what we desire, not because we have everything in life or nothing in life. It's the feeling of PEACE WITHIN us that only you and you can experience. When you share it, then it will multiply. That is the mission of Prem Rawat. He shares this knowledge and will share for the rest of his life.

This is not religion, nor politics. It's just all about PEACE. I can't wait when Prem Rawat will visit our country, especially Aklan and speak about PEACE.

I feel peace when I can share the goodness of God. It's either in material things, my simple expertise on something or as a motivational speaker "pro bono" at times (wink) or just talking about the good things we did for the day. It's paying it forward - for every goodness you received from God, you pay it forward to another person. That is how you repay the favor you get from a person. It's better to pay it forward and multiply by paying it forward, from one person to another, then another, then more and we all have peace, yeah! Life is more fulfilling and rewarding this way.

Tonight, I have talked to new found friends and sharing them the beauty of volunteering and sharing God's bounty no matter how small. Encouraging them to join and have fun at the same time. Looking forward to them joining one of our medical missions in the future.

May others see Jesus in you everyday of your life!
