I missed again updating you with my trip around.
Lately, I was going around orphanages, handicapped centers and theaters. I met a family of good people who takes good care of these pour soul (the kids and teeners), who were abandoned by their parents, either in jail or out to nowhere.
The kids are so adorable that they will not let go of us when we visited them. They longed for a parent's affection. You hug them and oh! soooooo cute, they smells good and soooo quiet...they just look at you with their innocent smile. The family who takes good care of them said, "one we got under the carabao statue in Luneta, facing the monument of Jose Rizal." Pity, huh! But now she is being adopted by a couple from Lousinna, USA. She will have a bright future ahead of her and surely, she hopes she will forward the kindness and the good life offered to her when the family got her so pale, hungry and skin and bone from that carabao statue 15 years ago. There are more pity story about these children. Looking back to where they live now, it was soooo different.
Thank you guys for the experience of a lifetime. We live a simple life, because we wanted others to live a good life. No wonder, the blessings in your life is soooo outpouring and that you keep paying it forward.
By the way, thank you to those kindred hearts who sent more equipments for our adopted handicapped center. We are forever grateful of your generosity and thoughtfulness.
Thank you also for the invitation to watch CORY NG EDSA. The show depicts the life of every Filipino people. I loooovvvvvveeeee it ....the characters, the concept, the fun and tears, too. It's worth my trip and effort. God bless my host family for making my stay so wonderful and memorable.
Oh, and I will be out of the country soon for a tour of duty to benefit OPERATION TAGHOY PHILIPPINES. My advocacy to children with facial deformities and the children who are special and gifted makes my life soooo fulfilling and rewarding. To my prayer warriors who prays for my good health and successful trip, THANK YOU! That is all that I ask for in this life. To be able to stay in good health to do good things and help more. For every disabled child matters.
God had been sooooo good to me. I am always overwhelmed by HIS goodness and surprises!!!
Therefore, we remain obedient and stronger in faith in HIM, for whatever it is that HE has in stores for us, we know HE is there for us always.
Speak to you soon again. Cheers!
